About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within our team. You’ll work closely with our clients, Sales, PM, and Technical teams to gather requirements, support projects, and help turn business needs into technical solutions.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone with a foundation in software development, interested in developing their BA skills in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define clear project scopes and objectives.
* Understand the client’s business needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements.
Project Support & Collaboration
* Assist in project planning and support activities throughout the development cycle.
* Work with Project Managers and clients to ensure project scopes are understood, realistic, and achievable.
MVP Projection & Documentation
* Help project teams with MVP planning and prototyping.
* Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly and thoroughly.
* Assist in creating project documentation, wireframes, and specification briefs.
Technical Explanation & Communication
* Explain technical concepts simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Up to 1 year of experience in the software development area.
* Advanced / Fluent English (both written and spoken).
* Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
* Proven ability to understand clients’ business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
* Practical experience in projecting MVPs.
* Ability to support projects from scope definition to delivery.
* Strong collaboration skills with Sales, PM, and Technical teams.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
* Eagerness to learn and develop as part of a fast-growing tech company.
