We’re looking for an Influencer Relations Manager who is ready to take ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments, loves nurturing relationships, and wants to directly impact growth.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to take full ownership of influencer partnerships and shape how we work with creators in both local and international markets.
Your Impact Areas
* Build and nurture relationships with relevant influencers in the Polish and Ukrainian markets to increase brand visibility and trust
* Identify and onboard content creators aligned with our mission, values, and target audiences
* Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through briefing, activation, and performance tracking
* Collaborate with content, social media, and growth teams to develop compelling, localized campaign ideas
* Monitor performance of influencer partnerships and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions
* Stay up-to-date on social media trends and creator culture in both Poland and Ukraine
* Proactively test new formats, platforms, and messaging angles to drive audience engagement and brand growth
Your Superpower Stack
* Strong network or working knowledge of creators on platforms like Youtube, Instagram and TikTok
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping an eye on impact
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally
* Data-literate: you understand how to evaluate campaign success and adjust strategy accordingly
* Polish — fluency in spoken and written communication
* English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level for confident professional interaction
* Ukrainian — strong plus for local communication and cultural context
