ABOUT VACANCY:
We are looking for a passionate Backend PHP Developer to join our fast-growing TeleHealth product team and shape the future of digital healthcare.
You’ll work with a modern tech stack and build scalable solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a Middle+ or Senior engineer who wants to take ownership, solve complex challenges, optimize performance, and drive real impact in an innovative international product.
— Development and support of the server part of the application (Laravel, Python services).
— Design and optimization of the database structure (MySQL/MariaDB), writing complex queries.
— Integration with external APIs and microservices.
— Implementation of business logic and modular architecture.
— Setup and support of CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub).
— Deployment of services in Azure (VM, databases, storage).
— Participation in architecture planning and proposal of technical solutions.
Requirements:
— Experience working confidently with Laravel (Eloquent ORM, queues, notifications).
— Understanding of security principles (validation, access control).
— Ability to optimize queries and profile the system.
— Experience writing Python services for analytics or utilities.
— Experience in team development (Agile/Scrum).
Would be a plus:
— Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
— Experience in designing scalable systems (replication, sharding).
— Team leadership skills (supervision of juniors/middles).
SENIOR LEVEL (6–7+ years)
Responsibilities:
— Independent development and design of the server part of the product.
— Selection of architecture, optimal tools and technologies for the implementation of functionality.
— Development of complex distributed systems and integrations.
— Deep work with security (encryption, data protection, audit).
— Automation of CI/CD and deployment processes.
— Team mentoring: code review, development of middle and junior competencies.
— Performance analysis, identification of bottlenecks and implementation of improvements.
Requirements:
— Expert knowledge of PHP (Laravel, Voyager CMS).
— Deep understanding of the principles of database operation (MySQL/MariaDB), ability to design scalable structures.
— Experience with Python for integration and analytics tasks.
— Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure in Azure.
— Experience in designing systems taking into account high load.
Would be a plus:
— Experience in implementing ML models into architecture.
— Experience in designing microservices taking into account high fault tolerance.
— Leadership qualities and experience in temporarily acting as a team lead.
