ABOUT VACANCY:
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (Backend Oriented) to join our fast-growing TeleHealth product team and shape the future of digital healthcare.
You’ll work with a modern tech stack and build scalable solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a Middle+ or Senior engineer who wants to take ownership, solve complex challenges, optimize performance, and drive real impact in an innovative international product.
— Confidently works with Azure (VM deployment, Storage, Firewall setup, etc.).
— Has experience with Laravel and Voyager CMS, and also uses Python for individual services.
— Writes integrations with external APIs and microservices.
— Can work with React and TypeScript to implement interfaces.
Would be a plus:
— Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
— Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
— Teamwork skills, code review experience.
SENIOR LEVEL (5–6+ years)
Responsibilities / Requirements:
— Almost independently develops complex functions and modules across the entire stack.
— Makes technical decisions: choice of architecture, integration methods (including ML models), optimal tools.
— Excellent knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) and security basics.
— Able to design scalable architecture (replication, sharding).
— Able to identify bottlenecks, propose and implement solutions to optimize performance.
— Mentors middle developers and actively participates in code reviews.
— Can temporarily act as a team lead.
— Confidently works with Azure and deploy automation.
Would be a plus:
— Experience using ML tools in applications (Python scripts, analytics).
— Experience in designing distributed systems.
— Deep understanding of security and data protection in the medical context.
Soft Skills (for both levels):
— Attention to detail and a high level of self-organization, hitting estimates at the level of 15-20% (key skill).
— Ability to independently learn and quickly master new technologies.
— Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
— Willingness to take responsibility for the result.
