Responsibilities * Implement scaling of the case detection process (scanner). * Split APIs into multiple services, emulate Pub/Sub, run cloud locally. * Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations and workflows. * Collaborate with the internal platform team for review and deployment. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing implementations.
Requirements * 3+ years of general development experience. * 6+ months of proven ServiceNow development experience (creating, testing, deploying workflows). * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation patterns. * Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and data operations. * Experience with JSON payloads and error handling. * Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. * English: sufficient for passing a technical interview.
Nice to Have * ServiceNow certification(s). * Experience with other automation or ITSM platforms.
