We are looking for a System Analyst to drive the integration layer of our B2B Platform, with a strong focus on payment provider integrations. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation — requiring both a deep understanding of system behavior and solid communication skills. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, BAs, and external partners to ensure smooth design, implementation, and support of 3rd-party integrations, especially in high-impact areas like payments.
Requirements
3+ years in a System Analyst or Technical BA role (preferably in product or platform companies) Experience with API integrations, especially REST and/or SOAP Ability to analyze technical documentation and identify inconsistencies Strong understanding of software architecture, system-to-system communication, and data formats (JSON, XML) Experience in gathering and formalizing non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, etc.) Proficiency in tools like Postman, Swagger, Jira, Confluence Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Integration Analysis & Design Own the analysis and design of integrations between our B2B Platform and third-party systems (e.g., payment providers, KYC, bonus engines, etc.) Analyze API documentation of third-party services and define integration requirements Collaborate with tech and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions Technical Specifications & Communication Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications Prepare integration contracts and interface definitions (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) Clarify ambiguities with external partners or internal stakeholders
Support Development & QA Work closely with developers during implementation to answer questions and validate technical assumptions Support QA by defining integration test scenarios and validating end-to-end flows Participate in solution reviews and defect triage
Documentation & Maintenance Maintain a library of technical documentation related to integrations Ensure that documentation is kept up to date as the system evolves
⚙️ Systems Thinking & Impact Analysis Understand system architecture and data flows to assess the impact of new integrations Identify dependencies and risks across modules and systems

Experience with payment provider integrations Background in gambling, fintech, or B2B SaaS Familiarity with CI/CD, logging systems, and microservices architecture
