We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Angular + NestJS) who can work across the stack — from building scalable, high-performance frontends to designing maintainable backend services.
This is a role for an engineer who understands how frontend rendering ties into backend APIs and can deliver production-grade solutions in complex enterprise systems.
This is a part-time role with top-tier compensation (among the highest in the Ukrainian market). It is ideal for an expert developer who already has a full-time job but wants to take on additional high-impact engineering challenges in a flexible consulting format.
• Frontend Development (≈60%): Design and implement Angular frontends with focus on performance, change detection strategies, and scalable architectures. • Backend Development (≈30%): Build and maintain NestJS services, secure APIs, and integrations with databases and external systems. • Team & Architecture Support (≈10%): Provide best practices, code reviews, and guidance across teams.
Required Skills * 7+ years of professional experience in web development * Deep expertise with Angular internals (rendering, change detection, RxJS, Signals) * Solid hands-on experience with NestJS and Node.js backend development * Good knowledge of relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) * Understanding of browser internals and backend async processing * CI/CD experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions * English at B2+ level for international collaboration

— Experience with micro frontends and modular architectures — Advanced testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) — Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis) — Security and performance optimization experience
