Must-have: * Perfect understanding of OOP, FP, and RX * Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns * 5+ yrs shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU) * Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture * Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills * Fluent English, proactive communication * Lead code reviews, mentor devs * Pragmatic over perfect — avoids over-engineering, ships incremental wins fast * Quality guardian — prioritises testability, clean code ahead of quick hacks * Radically transparent — openly shares plans, blockers, and progress; no surprises * Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) — confidently challenges ideas with data and clear logic; once a direction is chosen, closes the debate, takes full ownership of execution, and delivers the result end-to-end.

You will be responsible for: * Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end * Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices * Integrating mobile apps with web services * Conducting code reviews * Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process
