About project
We are developing a set of applications for the US Health Insurance industry. The role is an extension to the customer’s in-house team (5 developers + 2 QAs) working in a Scrum environment with 1-week sprints. The project involves building scalable and secure applications that streamline processes in the insurance/healthcare sector.
Required skills and experience: * 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET * 3+ years of professional experience with Angular * Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is a plus) * Experience with Blazor (at least minimal) is a plus * Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture principles * Working experience in the Insurance/Healthcare domain is a plus * Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles is a plus * Strong product engineering mindset, problem-solving skills, and out-of-the-box thinking * Comfortable working directly with the client’s team * English: Upper-Intermediate+
Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular * Collaborate closely with the customer’s engineering team to align business goals with technical solutions * Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices * Work with SQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity * Contribute to building and improving multi-tenant applications * Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews * Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and optimize system performance * Ensure compliance with security and data quality standards in healthcare applications
Nice to have: * Experience in lead roles or mentoring team members * Hands-on knowledge of microservices or service-oriented architectures * Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or others) * Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
