We are now looking for a Lead Generation Expert to become the driving force behind our sales pipeline — identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads with a data-driven and creative approach.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in Lead Gen / SDR / BDR roles in B2B tech sales. * Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, PipeDrive). * Hands-on experience with automation tools for prospecting and outreach (PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, DataMiner, Waalaxy, LinkedHelper). * Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and buyer personas. * Excellent written communication & business acumen. * English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. * German or other European languages — nice to have.
What you will do: * Outreach Strategy: Craft high-converting, personalized messages for ICP-aligned prospects. Continuously test and optimize campaigns for higher engagement. * Lead Generation & Campaigns: Source leads via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Clutch, and other databases. Launch and manage outbound campaigns using automation tools, targeting quick wins and strategic accounts. * LinkedIn Profile Management: Manage several optimized LinkedIn profiles, actively engage with industry content, and build networks to improve brand visibility and lead flow. * CRM & Data: Maintain accurate prospect data in HubSpot/PipeDrive, track key metrics, automate routine processes, and provide actionable insights. * Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to align lead gen efforts, identify early-stage client needs, and propose new strategies to fuel growth.
