About the role: We’re looking for a Growth Analyst / Researcher to help us identify new growth opportunities, analyze niches, and explore the latest digital trends shaping the future of online products.
This role is critical to our R&D and strategic decision-making. You’ll be part of a team that influences both new product launches and the continuous improvement of existing ones. Responsibilities: * Conduct market and competitive research in various digital domains * Track trends in digital products, mobile apps, technology, and consumer behavior * Analyze marketing funnels (including quiz funnels), user onboarding flows, pricing models, and value propositions * Use tools like AppMagic, SensorTower, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads Library etc. to collect and analyze data * Deliver clear research reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to product and marketing teams * Identify product opportunities and growth zones, formulate data-driven hypotheses * Perform ad-hoc research on potentially promising niches, channels, or formats * Identify product opportunities and growth zones, formulate data-driven hypotheses
Requirements: * Strong analytical thinking — the ability to structure data, spot patterns, and derive insights * Background in product analytics, digital marketing, or product management * Skills in qualitative and quantitative research, hypothesis validation * English level: Intermediate or higher — you should be comfortable researching English-language sources and exploring product interfaces * Experience with tools like AppMagic, SensorTower, Facebook Ads Library, SimilarWeb, Semrush * Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel, Notion, and presentation tools * Basic understanding of digital product metrics such as CAC, LTV, Retention, and Conversion Rate * Clear and concise communication skills — both written and verbal
