Requirements: * Experience as a Business Analyst/Product manager/BA combined with Project Management of 2+ years in ad tech Knowledge of the AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB, including advertising platforms, supply platforms, and ad exchanges; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations; * Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation; * Understanding of gathering the requirements to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation; * Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech; * Willingness to work on product development and improvements; * English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written; * Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must.
Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements; * Act as a product partner for the client — working closely to evolve their product strategy, advise on feature opportunities, and provide consultations tailored to their business goals and use cases; * Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements; * Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests; * Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives; * Articipate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs; * Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation; * Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain.
