The expertise we’re looking for * 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or a related field. * Proven experience leading a content team or managing editorial workflows. * Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (additional languages are a plus). * Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and optimize content. * Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Experience in iGaming is an advantage.
Your position will include * Lead and manage the content team * Develop and implement the content strategy in line with marketing and business goals * Plan and oversee the content calendar across all platforms (website, blog, newsletters, product content, PR etc.). * Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content * Monitor content performance, optimize for SEO/engagement/conversion, and report on results * Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Performance teams to support campaigns and launches. * Manage workflows, deadlines, and resources for smooth production. * Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development for team members. * Research industry trends and propose creative, innovative content formats.
