We’re looking for a Junior DevOps who is eager to learn, hands-on, and ready to grow in a dynamic and complex technical environment. Whether you’re switching from QA, development, or system administration, this role is for someone who asks questions, explores deeply, and isn’t afraid of not knowing — as long as they want to figure things out.
You’ll be working in a broad landscape of tools and technologies — helping to support and gradually consolidate our tech stack. Expect real challenges, real infrastructure, and real impact.
Requirements
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in DevOps, development, QA, or sysadmin • Strong curiosity and a methodical, detail-oriented mindset • Basic understanding or exposure to: — CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD) — Containers and orchestration**: Docker, Kubernetes — Cloud platforms, preferably Azure — Git and version control basics • A “get-your-hands-dirty” attitude — you explore tools, break things, fix them, and learn • Ability to work independently and dive into documentation or new tools • Comfortable with 12:00–23:00 work schedule • Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple tools and environments • Help migrate services (e.g., Redis from Azure to Kubernetes) • Assist in managing and optimizing Kubernetes-based deployments • Explore and implement delivery strategies across various CI/CD tools • Work within a wide but evolving tech stack — maintaining it while helping narrow it down • Document infrastructure and deployment processes • Learn actively and apply best practices in DevOps and cloud-native development • Participate in team discussions, incident handling, and automation efforts
