Join us! The Opportunity Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Entra External Identity Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a global provider of central laboratory services and functional service provider (FSP) solutions, specializing in supporting clinical trials for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and clinical research organizations. Headquartered in Johnson City, Tennessee, it has participated in over 1,900 clinical studies across 93 countries, offering tailored laboratory services to meet the unique needs of each trial. The company delivers a comprehensive suite of central laboratory solutions, including custom lab kits, advanced sample tracking and integrated logistics, global standardized sample processing, an industry-leading testing menu of validated assays, worldwide support for radiopharmaceuticals, and a next-generation biorepository. They excel at managing complex datasets from diverse sources into a single, cohesive, submission-ready dataset.
You will lead the setup, integration, and operationalization of Entra ID for a mission-critical project, while also training internal teams for long-term maintenance.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD B2B/B2C) and Active Directory. * Proven experience implementing and managing Entra External ID (B2B/B2C) solutions across cloud platforms. * Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with third-party SaaS and custom applications. * Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in client training and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities: * Lead the setup and configuration of Entra External ID for secure external user access. * Integrate Entra ID with existing systems, applications, and workflows across cloud and hybrid environments. * Provide technical guidance and best practices for access policies, conditional access, user lifecycle management, and auditing. * Develop documentation and training sessions for internal teams to enable them to manage and maintain the solution independently. * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and reliability of the IAM setup.
