Job Description * Set up bonus and promo campaigns; * Build communication flow logic; * Segment players for targeted campaigns; * Analyze campaign performance; * Test and automate customer journey flows; * Work with Tableau dashboards; * Communicate with users across the lifecycle; * Brief and coordinate content team tasks.
Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in the Gambling industry; * Strong Excel and Tableau skills; * Understanding of key CRM metrics; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; * Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B1; * Strong attention to detail.
