About the Company Top Netics is a venture builder that creates and launches its own tech products across MENA, the US, Europe, and Africa. Our solutions address real-world problems and scale fast.
We also act as a technical partner for selected clients — helping them design, build, and launch digital products from the very first prototype to full rollout. Our partners include both private companies and government organizations.
Our culture is built on respect, transparency, and results. If you want to work on products that reach international markets and deliver real value, you’ll enjoy being part of our team.
The Role We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will ensure our products are not just functional, but user-friendly and flawless. You will be the first to look at the product through the eyes of the end user, clarify edge cases, turn rough ideas into clear scenarios, and set a high bar for quality.
What You’ll Do * Plan and execute test cycles for web + mobile (Android, iOS). * Perform smoke, regression, and exploratory testing, prioritizing by risk. * Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and acceptance criteria. * Translate mock-ups, short walkthroughs, and live builds into lean test scenarios. * Validate client—server flows (HTTP, REST, JSON) using DevTools and Postman. * Mobile: install builds (TestFlight, Play Console), test push notifications, deep links, permissions, background/foreground behavior, offline/poor-network scenarios. * Web: run cross-browser and responsive testing; verify cookies/storage behavior and basic localization. * Report clear, reproducible bugs with steps, expected vs. actual results, screenshots/videos, and device/build info; track them to closure. * Maintain a simple device/browser matrix and coverage notes; prepare concise release test reports. * Support UAT and release readiness checklists. * Keep test data and environments organized (with support from the engineering team).
What We Expect from You * 2+ years of experience in Manual QA (web + mobile production apps). * Basic understanding of Web3 (wallet connect, signatures, transaction lifecycle). * Strong exploratory testing skills and attention to detail. * Fast learner with solid product sense — able to quickly grasp new domains and build a mental model of the system. * Comfortable with DevTools (network requests, console logs). * Basic familiarity with Android Studio (emulators, logcat) and Xcode simulators (device logs). * Proficiency in Postman (or similar) for API inspection. * Experience with test case management (TestRail, Zephyr, or structured spreadsheets). * Familiarity with issue trackers (Jira or similar) and basic understanding of CI/CD from a QA perspective. * Experience testing payments, subscriptions, and email/SMS/push flows. * Comfortable operating with ambiguity and ad-hoc processes; documents “just enough to keep momentum.” * Strong written communication skills; comfortable working async. * English — B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have * Experience with device/browser clouds (e.g., BrowserStack). * Exposure to automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium). * Basic accessibility testing (WCAG). * Analytics QA (event plans and validation in tools like Amplitude, GA).
What We Offer * Work on products that reach international markets and are used by real people. * Opportunity to contribute to Web3 and fintech projects that will stand out in your portfolio. * Full-time position with a structured work schedule. * A team that values initiative, ownership, and quality. * A no-bureaucracy environment — focused on delivery and results.
