Our client is a leading video monetization platform used by hundreds of digital publishers worldwide to recommend high-quality video content to their users. Key Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a frontend engineer, architect, or similar roles, focusing on complex client-side web development and solutions; 3 years of expertise in vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) — understanding of objects, prototypes, event handling and cross-browser challenges; 2 years of expertise in React and TypeScript, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3; Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and best practices; Experience with web performance challenges, core web vitals optimizations, and security aspects; Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to plan and implement complex systems in a browser environment; Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions; BSc in Computer Sciences or equivalent- a significant advantage; Proven track record of successfully leading front-end development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams; Experience with modern client testing tools and methodologies; English — Upper-Intermediate or higher. What you will do: Take ownership of the front-end architecture design and development next-gen client products. Establish best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure a high-quality codebase and maintainable architecture; Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to frontend best practices, and promote continuous improvement; Use your expertise in front-end development to enhance the user experience of our Primis Player. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces, streamline workflows, and optimize usability; Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Evaluate and introduce innovative solutions to improve frontend development processes, optimize performance, and ensure the scalability; Work closely with other Front-end and back-end engineers, product managers, and data analysts to align front-end development efforts with the overall platform strategy. Collaborate on architectural decisions, backend integration, and cross-functional initiatives; Collaborate with the QA team to establish effective testing strategies and ensure a robust and stable platform. Participate in testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality and reliability.
