About the role: To help us fulfill our mission, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who will be responsible for growing one of our biggest app — Dancebit — and working with our marketing, design, engineering, and executive teams.
Responsibilities: * Contribute to setting and executing the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Dancebit app * Build features and user experiences that drive engagement with our app and revenue * Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers (iOS and Android) to achieve ambitious results * Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, content and more
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2C digital product(s) * Applied experience in User and Customer Knowledge: — Have applied expertise in preparing and running customer research/user interviews and drawing actionable conclusions/hypotheses from them — Understand existing goals, jobs and pains of customers and actively work to expand customer knowledge to actively drive segmentation and shape existing and new personas/learn new jobs and pains — Strong understanding and use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies for gathering user insights * Applied experience in setting and delivering Product strategy: — Develop vision and strategy for product growth — Create and own product roadmap — Facilitate effective roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders and the team — Proactively communicate with Marketing team on current goals and priorities * Applied experience in Product delivery: — Be result-oriented and KPI-driven — Generate hypotheses based on user research/data/product strategy and vision — Work closely with Product Marketing Manager on first user flow and monetization — Proactively test features before development using UX testing tools * Industry and Domain knowledge: — Profound understanding of the subscription-based monetization model — Good understanding of the health and fitness market, and knowledge of social and technology trends will be a plus * Excellent soft/communication skills
