Hard skill requirements: * 2+ years of experience working with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API integration); * Strong skills in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS); * Experience with PHP and MySQL; * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Soft skill requirements: * Initiative in suggesting new approaches and technologies; * Responsible attitude to deadlines and achieving results; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Will be a plus: * Experience working with Figma for implementing designs into WordPress projects; * Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js); * Intermediate English level or higher (for documentation and team communication).
Responsibilities: * Maintain and optimize existing WordPress websites for performance, security, and scalability; * Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs; * Customize and extend functionality of third-party WordPress plugins; * Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features and ensure high-quality user experiences; * Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and share insights with the team.
