UST is seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer who will enhance the product of our client and help build mission-critical solutions for key IoT challenges. Our client lets customers control their IoT device fleet connectivity, customize mobile network features, and integrate systems easily via user interface (UI) and API. Your efforts will ensure smart devices operate reliably while empowering businesses to make quick, informed decisions in a competitive environment.
Location: Ukraine.
You’ll work with a global team to create user-friendly, user experience-focused interfaces for the customer portal and admin panel. User interfaces are separate from backend systems and use APIs, which your team or nearby teams build. You’ll help create these APIs. You’ll work with product owners and designers to ensure we create effective, long-lasting interfaces.
Your Responsibilities:
• Build frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue 3, and Angular 12+ for internal and external customers • Design new components and pages using rapid prototyping and Figma • Test modules using Jest and Faker, and write E2E tests using Cypress • Maintain the quality of your features using Rollbar and other monitoring tools • Integrate with external third-party platforms like Braintree and Google Maps • Deploy changes with existing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure • Refine business requirements and continuously improve processes as a Scrum team member. • Learn new technology and steer the way our product is developed
Your Profile:
• Fluency in English • You are eager to learn new business domains and technology while addressing business needs • At least 5 years of overall experience in developing frontend applications and at least 3 years of experience on the below: o Developing frontend applications in TypeScript or JavaScript o Building production applications with Vue 3 and Angular 12+ (if possible provide link to products) o Implementing unit and e2e tests (TDD) o Integrating applications with REST APIs or GraphQL o Working in agile / scrum environment
Bonus Points:
• Experience with design systems and design tokens • Having spoken at tech conferences or events • Having contributed to Open-Source projects (if possible, provide link to repository) • Interested in Backend API development • Interested or experienced in CI/CD frameworks
