Parasol IGT is a 16-year-old international brand specializing in premium outdoor furniture and accessories. Headquartered in Dubai with offices in Saudi Arabia and the Maldives, Parasol serves both B2B and B2C clients across the Middle East. Our portfolio includes outdoor furniture, fabrics, and reupholstery services, with recent expansion into indoor solutions.
We are now entering an exciting stage of stabilization and growth. While B2B contracts remain our main revenue driver, we are actively scaling our B2C showroom presence in the UAE and building stronger e-commerce capabilities.
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing strategy across multiple regions and channels. This position requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, from shaping campaigns and budgets to driving performance directly.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director (from Ukraine), the General Manager, and retail managers to expand both B2B and B2C sales. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to build and mentor your own marketing team.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for B2B (KSA, Maldives, broader Middle East) and B2C (UAE showroom, e-commerce). * Manage and optimize marketing channels: paid ads (Google, Facebook), SEO, content, social media, and trade exhibitions. * Build analytics and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and performance. * Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with leadership and efficient spend. * Lead the revamp of the company website to better serve new regions and product lines. * Collaborate closely with sales, retail managers, and cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives. * Manage agency partners and coordinate with in-house specialists (SMM, SEO, paid media). * In the mid-term, hire, mentor, and develop junior marketers.
Requirements * Proven experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing (mandatory). * 5+ years of overall marketing experience, ideally with exposure to retail, furniture, or interior-related industries. * Experience in furniture retail is a strong plus due to the product’s complexity and specific sales nuances. * Solid track record in digital marketing and performance channels. * Strong background in budget management and data-driven campaigns. * Hands-on mentality: able to both strategize and execute. * Experience working across multiple markets is a strong advantage. * Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.
