Position Overview We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-oriented Senior Google Acquisition Manager at one of Ruby Labs fastest-growing portfolio companies in the legal-tech category.
The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns across 30+ geographical regions while providing leadership to junior team members. Key Responsibilities * Conduct keyword research for Google search campaigns across 30+ regions * Develop keyword clustering methodologies for search campaigns * Structure campaigns using broad, phrase, and exact match types * Create and optimize Google search, display, responsive, and PMax campaigns * Implement Single Keyword Ad Campaigns (SKAC) * Analyze account performance daily and adjust CPAs and budgets * Monitor ROI targets with weekly adjustments * Manage the threshold system for negative keywords based on the target CPA * Identify new exact match keyword opportunities from broad/phrase campaigns * Implement keyword and geographic exclusions at campaign/account levels * Deliver daily analytical reports to management * Coordinate with UA Head and Creative teams on content development * Manage junior team members and establish efficient processes * Delegate routine tasks while maintaining oversight
Requirements * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads * Expertise in keyword research using Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner * Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads account structure * Advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, including pivot tables, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUP * Professional proficiency in English * Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail * Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Effective communication skills for reporting and mentoring
