You’ll develop features like instant employee onboarding, real-time payment processing, and seamless bank integration, ensuring secure, user-friendly interfaces. Required skills, experience, and knowledge * 3+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails * Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL) * Basic knowledge of JS/HTML/SCSS * Upper-intermediate or higher English level (both written and spoken) * Accurate code style and quality * Experience working in Agile teams * Understanding and following OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and other best practices
