For the last couple of months, we have been developing an R&D department that focuses on AI-driven products and their growth. Job Overview: As a Product Manager in our R&D department, you will lead the development and management of innovative AI-driven mobile apps. This pivotal role involves defining the vision and strategic direction for our products, working in tandem with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver mobile solutions that not only engage users but also incorporate cutting-edge AI technologies. You will be central to creating experiences that resonate with users on Android and iOS platforms, utilizing A/B testing and user feedback to continuously refine performance and elevate user satisfaction. Your Area of Responsibility: * Develop and refine the mobile product strategy in collaboration with the Lead Product Manager, aligning it with the company’s overarching business goals. * Lead cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers, to create compelling, user-friendly mobile apps. * Design and execute A/B tests to refine and improve the user interface and experience continually. Use data-driven insights to guide feature enhancements and functionality improvements. * Collect and prioritize mobile-specific requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and feature lists. * Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize this data to inform strategic decisions and product positioning. * Work closely with marketing, support, and analysts to ensure product objectives are met and user feedback is integrated into development cycles.
You Will Need: * At least 1 year of experience in product management, specifically in mobile application development. * Strong familiarity with both Android and iOS platforms, including their specific design guidelines and user expectations. * Demonstrated ability in A/B testing, user research, and user experience optimization. * Proven expertise in managing full product lifecycles from concept through launch and into post-launch analysis and iteration. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Upper-Intermediate level of English.
