Also, we’re backed by Google for Startups, TinySeed Accelerator
Some of the tech challenges that you’ll help us to master include: * Building a learning infrastructure for companies that’d like to implement their onboarding training, upskilling programs, and compliance training * AI-first features we develop with the help of OpenAI * Transforming Figma wireframes into highly responsive user interfaces
Who are we looking for? * We’re looking for a Strong Junior/Middle Software Engineer to join us. * You’ll be right there with us, working across all parts of our product. You won’t just code — you’ll make decisions, own features, and help drive our tech and product forward. * We need someone exceptional, not just great at coding, but with a deep interest in solving real customers’ problems (especially with AI) * You’ll need to make intelligent trade-offs and decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term goals, knowing how to move fast without breaking what matters. * If you can take ownership, drive initiatives, and make smart decisions that align with the realities of a startup environment, this is the place for you.
Requirements * Have a technical background, including 1+ year of experience coding large-scale systems with React, Node.js, Next.js, and Nest.js * Familiarity with the API side: You understand how system parts fit together, from the user interface to the data model. * Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code
Nice-to-haves * You have experience with OpenAI integrations (or equivalent) * Experience in Product Management/Design/BA * Experience in startups
