Vilmate is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Vilmate’s digital initiatives across SEO, paid advertising, website optimization, and marketing automation. At the initial stage, approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to leading the website redesign and ensuring it becomes a high‑performing lead generation tool. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality leads from the US and European SMB & enterprise markets, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with Vilmate’s brand and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Website Redesign & Management (≈50% of role in the first phase): * Coordinate the redesign of Vilmate’s corporate website to align with branding and lead generation goals. * Work closely with developers, designers, and the Brand & Communications Manager to deliver a modern, conversion-optimized site. * Ensure SEO best practices are integrated from the ground up (technical SEO, mobile optimization, structured data). * Oversee implementation of lead capture elements (forms, CTAs, AI chatbot, CRM integration). * Continuously test and optimize user journeys, page performance, and conversion funnels.
SEO & Website Optimization: * Plan and execute SEO‑first campaigns, including keyword research, landing page creation, backlink strategies, and on-page optimization. * Conduct technical SEO audits (using, for example, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, or Ahrefs). * Collaborate with Brand & Communications team to ensure content is optimized for search and aligned with buyer personas. * Monitor and improve website performance metrics (speed, usability, conversion rate, etc.).
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: * Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting). * Implement and track ABM micro‑list targeting in coordination with BDD. * Experiment with paid social campaigns to boost engagement and awareness. * Monitor ROI and adjust budgets and strategies accordingly.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: * Oversee CRM and funnel structuring (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). * Automate workflows (using, for example, Zapier or PhantomBuster) to improve lead capture and nurture efficiency. * Implement and optimize AI-powered chatbots for website engagement and lead qualification.
Collaboration & Campaign Support: * Work with the Brand & Communications Manager to align digital efforts with brand messaging and ICPs. * Partner with Content Writers to develop SEO‑friendly and conversion-driven copy. * Provide digital marketing support for the different events. * Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA through cookie management solutions (for example, Cookiebot).
Analytics & Reporting: * Track performance metrics in e.g. Google Analytics 4/Google Looker Studio. * Deliver actionable insights to leadership on traffic, conversions, and funnel health. * Continuously test and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements * 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B IT or SaaS. * Proven expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and PPC campaign management. * Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, etc., and CRM reporting. * Experience with ABM strategies and micro‑list targeting. * Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-assisted tools (for example, Zapier, PhantomBuster, AI chatbots). * Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA) and related tools. * Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Strong command of English (written and verbal).
