OnlyMonster — desktop SaaS CRM and multi-account browser built for agencies and creators working across fan-platforms, messengers, and social media. With thousands of users and strong product-market traction, we’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to scale our existing inbound engine, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate revenue.
Role Summary:
Title: Head of Marketing Seniority: Senior / Leadership Reports to: CEO / Founder Collaborates with: Head of Sales, in-house marketing team (SMM, copywriter, SEO, landing builder) Mission: Take ownership of a working inbound marketing engine and scale it aggressively across SEO, content, email, YouTube, and community to drive growth and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities: • Scale and optimize our multi-channel inbound marketing system (SEO, content, email, YouTube) • Deepen and refine email automation funnels for nurturing, reactivation, and upsell • Boost performance and consistency of our branded YouTube channel • Own and evolve the brand’s Tone-of-Voice across all customer-facing touchpoints • Conduct a full SWOT analysis of current brand and funnel strategy • Lead our Telegram-first community marketing strategy, expand engagement • Collaborate closely with sales to improve funnel conversion • Own all funnel metrics — set KPIs, run experiments, and implement data-backed improvements • Maintain brand clarity, positioning, and consistency across all content • Lead, coach, and grow a capable, creative, and reliable marketing team
Must-Have Skills & Experience: • 5+ years in startup-stage SaaS or creator/digital economy products — ideally at traction or scale-up stage • Track record of operating in lean, fast-moving environments, not corporate enterprise teams • Demonstrated success scaling existing inbound systems, not just building them • Deep understanding of funnel-stage content, SEO mechanics, and lead nurturing • Strong email marketing background with lifecycle and behavioral triggers • Confident in YouTube growth mechanics and content-performance loops • Strong grasp of Tone-of-Voice creation and maintenance — not just visual brand • Clear, structured thinker who works cross-functionally and drives execution • Fluent English — both spoken and written, with focus on public-facing quality • Strong copy skills across both UX and performance-oriented campaigns
