We are looking for a Project Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: * At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in game development outsourcing or related creative/tech industries; * Strong understanding of game development pipelines (especially art and animation workflows); * Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.); * Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies; * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
WILL BE A PLUS: * Experience in full-cycle game development (from concept to release); * Background in art production or animation pipelines; * Basic technical understanding of Unity, Unreal Engine; * Experience in working with international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and manage multiple game development and art production projects (outsourcing model); * Communicate daily with internal teams (artists, developers, QA, etc.) and external stakeholders; * Develop and maintain project documentation (scope, timeline, resource plans, risk registers); * Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum or Kanban depending on project); * Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders; * Manage scope changes and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables; * Ensure consistent quality and alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle; * Participate in presale and estimation processes.
