At DevKit, we are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the best technical talent worldwide. You will play a key role in driving the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates, and enhancing our employer brand!
What We’re Looking For: — 3+ years of proven recruitment experience in IT, including in outsourcing and outstaffing companies. — Solid track record in managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to pre-onboarding. — Experience hiring for a variety of technical roles (frontend/backend developers, QA, DevOps, PMs, etc.). — Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, etc. — Ability to conduct Recruiting Intros and schedule technical interviews. — Strong networking skills (online and offline) to expand the talent pool and promote the employer brand. — Excellent English communication skills — B2+ level. — Attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. — Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What You Will Do: — Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. — Actively source and engage candidates across UA/EU/US markets using creative approaches. — Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. — Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions. — Conduct initial interviews (Recruiting Intros) and coordinate technical interviews with the team. — Research and implement new strategies to attract top talent. — Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress in recruitment tools/CRMs. — Represent DevKit positively in the job market, strengthening our employer brand.
