Who We’re Looking For A smart, experienced, and confident engineer who cares about clean architecture, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in a high-impact environment.
Must-haves: * 5+ years of professional/commercial development experience, including at least 3 years with Node.js and TypeScript on the back-end * 3+ years working with AWS and serverless architecture * Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, modern patterns) * Hands-on experience designing scalable systems for real-world business needs * Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices (sync + async), and fault-tolerant systems * Experience integrating with third-party APIs (HTTP/SDK) * Data modeling expertise for both SQL and NoSQL databases * Advanced PostgreSQL and AWS DynamoDB knowledge: single-table design, indexing, streams, transactions * Understanding of idempotency and consistency models (eventual vs strong)
Nice to have: * Previous experience in fintech or crypto (preferred but not required) * AWS EC2, VPC, AppSync, Step Functions * GitHub Actions CI/CD knowledge * Passion for performance, security, and automation * React Native experience * Experience working in distributed teams or building products from scratch

What You’ll Be Doing: * Building and scaling full-stack fintech products that handle thousands of transactions * Designing and implementing architecture across both front-end and back-end * Collaborating with product managers and founders to deliver fast yet safe releases * Reviewing code and setting high standards for quality and security * Developing integrations with banks, payment providers, and crypto platforms * Contributing to the vision and future evolution of our platform
