We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our doCode team and play a key role in the successful development of our fintech product. What we’re looking for in you: * 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services world; * Strong technical background (you’re not writing code, but you get what’s under the hood); * Solid grasp of the full software development life cycle; * You’ve worked with APIs and know your way around Postman, Swagger, etc.; * You know how to extract stakeholder needs, structure them into clear, detailed requirements, and turn complexity into clarity; * Comfortable doing competitor and market research to guide product direction; * You take ownership and think product-first, not just “what to build”, but “why it matters”; * You can speak the same language with devs, designers, and business folks; * Familiar with Agile, Kanban, and development best practices (especially around security); * Experience in digital banking is mandatory; * Advanced English is a must;
What you’ll actually be doing: * Talking to stakeholders, gathering their needs (Slack threads and messy notes included ); * Building and managing a clear backlog, prioritizing with the Product Owner; * Diving into third-party APIs, figuring them out, and writing business logic for backend integrations; * Working with partners and service providers to sort out any blockers; * Writing detailed but human-readable docs: user flows, edge cases, acceptance criteria; * Making sure new features fit into the big picture and don’t break existing stuff; * Preparing quick draft mockups and working closely with UI/UX to align design with business needs; * Presenting new features to the team and supporting the estimation/planning process; * Helping QA engineers think through test cases and possible edge cases; * Constantly researching competitors — because we don’t build in a bubble;
Why join doCode? We’re small enough that your voice matters, and bold enough to build big things. You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that loves clear thinking, great products, and a bit of fintech nerdiness.
