Binariks seeks a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Architect.
The client is a leading alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in Assets Under Management. Their digital transformation roadmap includes a major expansion of its ServiceNow platform to centralize ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and bespoke workflow solutions across a global, highly regulated organization.
It is a Contractor, part-time position.
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
* Deep expertise in platform design patterns, data modeling, and integration frameworks
* Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps)
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow cloud architecture, multi-tenant security, and performance optimization
* Hands-on in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server deployments, and Event Management
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills
Will be a plus:
* ServiceNow Certified Application Architect (CAA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
* Experience with Service Portal, Mobile Studio, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer
* Knowledge of enterprise integration (iPaaS, ESB) and data transformation tools
* Background in ITIL 4, COBIT, or ISO 27001 frameworks
Your Responsibilities:
* Solution Architecture & Roadmapping:
* Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration strategy aligned with Apollo’s enterprise standards
* Produce reference designs, component diagrams, and governance guidelines for all ServiceNow modules
* Technical Leadership & Pre-Sales:
* Lead workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements, validate architectural assumptions, and scope complex engagements
* Support the Solution Group in pre-sales pursuits: crafting high-level designs, conducting technical demos, and estimating effort
* Platform Governance & Quality:
* Establish architecture review boards, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines (Scoped in ATF and DevOps)
* Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and security hardening for production environments
* Team Enablement & Mentorship:
* Mentor senior consultants and developers on best practices, complex integrations, and custom development patterns
* Drive knowledge transfer sessions and maintain up-to-date architecture documentation
