We are looking for a Customer Support manager to join our Team.
Responsibilities: Consulting and supporting merchants on moderation issues, transaction statuses, rejection reasons, etc.; Conducting merchant moderation and identification (assistance, support, recommendations); Identifying and resolving widespread transaction-related issues; Communicating with related departments; Interacting with payment solution providers and responding to inquiries; Daily submission of ticket reports (quantity, providers, statuses, and types).
You are our ideal candidate if you have: Experience handling large volumes of information; Strong Excel skills; Experience working with Kibana; Background in the Fintech industry.
