We collaborate with startups, tech companies, and creative brands across the US, UK, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. * Our work has been recognized by Awwwards, FWA, CSSDA, Red Dot; * Average project value: $15—30K; * Hourly rate: $40—50/h; * Team: 5 designers, art directors, PM, COO, and CEO. * We’re now looking for a Project / Account Manager who can take full ownership of 3–6 design/web projects — ensuring timely delivery, stellar communication, and long-term client relationships.
Mission Ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of Cosmos Studio’s design and web projects — by owning timelines, managing risks, leading communication, and identifying up-sell opportunities.
The ultimate goal is to turn one-off projects into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Manage 3–6 parallel design and web projects (branding, websites, SaaS) * Lead client communication in English — emails, calls, presentations, follow-ups * Plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks * Keep documentation clean and structured — timelines, notes, briefs, feedback * Identify blockers early and solve them proactively * Suggest and sell additional services (up-sells, retainer extensions) * Ensure clients come back — not just for one project

What You Need to Succeed Must-Haves: * 2+ years as a Project / Account Manager in a service-based business; * Fluent spoken and written English (C1+); * Experience working with international clients (US, EU); * Hands-on with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Everhour, basic Figma; * Understanding of the full cycle: discovery → design → delivery.
Soft Skills: * Proactive, independent, and organized; * Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure; * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; * Strategic mindset and attention to detail; * Able to build long-term trust with clients.
Language Requirements * Fluent English — essential for client communication; * Fluent Ukrainian — essential for internal communication; * Other languages — nice to have (especially for European markets).
Success Metrics * 90%+ projects delivered on time; * 80%+ positive client feedback; * 1–2 client upsells or follow-up orders during the trial period; * 1–2 process improvements initiated and implemented.
Reporting & Work Setup * Reports directly to the COO; * Daily standups at 10:00 EET with the CEO, COO, and design team; * Clear weekly structure, but dynamic daily tasks; * Full onboarding by CEO & COO; * No overtime required — occasional client calls outside EET may happen (compensated).
