We’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead several teams, improve existing processes, and implement effective project management practices. If you’re eager to grow with the team and contribute to the development of complex products — we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities: * Manage the full product development lifecycle * Coordinate the work of multiple teams (up to 5 engineers in each) * Plan project scope, timelines, and resources * Communicate regularly with partners: gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations * Form and coordinate the project team: assign tasks, monitor execution, motivate team members * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery according to requirements * Identify and manage risks; develop response plans * Ensure effective collaboration between all project participants (developers, designers, QA, analysts, clients, etc.) * Implement project management best practices, and improve communication and planning
We expect that you: * Have 5+ years of experience managing IT projects * Have worked on product solutions * Managed complex projects involving multiple teams, third-party integrations, and dependencies * Are confident in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and have practical experience applying them * Work confidently with Jira and Confluence (including setting up projects, workflows, and task structures) * Have basic knowledge of ITSM / ITIL * Understand the fundamentals of cloud infrastructure and services * Have strong communication skills and are effective in working with stakeholders and technical teams * Are capable of making decisions, setting priorities, and taking responsibility * Have critical thinking and can perform well under pressure * Speak Ukrainian fluently (required); English — at least Intermediate level
