We are currently looking for a Head of DevOps.
Key responsibilities and your contribution: * Strategic development of the DevOps department: building Duty/SRE teams, organizational structure, and role definitions * Training and mentoring on DevOps/SRE best practices * Establishing on-call and incident response processes * Managing bare metal infrastructure with Kubernetes * Supporting the tech stack: MongoDB, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Zabbix, Grafana, Sentry, VictoriaMetrics * Optimizing performance and security using Cloudflare * Implementing production readiness and platform standards * Standardizing monitoring and alerting * Improving CI/CD processes * Building proactive incident response capabilities
Your qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as DevOps * Experience with Kubernetes for managing and scaling production environments * Familiarity with infrastructure in high-load systems (bare metal/clouds) * Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline optimization * Practical use of Zabbix, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics for monitoring and alerting * Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis * Hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ in distributed architectures * Familiar with elk stack * Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, including routers, load balancers, and server rack installations. Proficient in advanced Cloudflare configuration and performance/security tuning.
