We’re hiring a Head of Engineering / Chief Technology Officer to lead our next phase of growth.
As we scale, we’re looking for a technical and strategic leader who will build a world-class engineering function across key domains — web, app, and AI — and pioneer a new frontier for us: hardware. You’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the company’s technological foundation, recruit exceptional talent, and define the gold standard for engineering and execution.
This is not just a tech role — it’s a business-critical leadership position. We’re looking for someone who can build systems, teams, and products — and help turn technical excellence into real-world value.
What you’ll do:
— Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, rooted in excellence across web, mobile, and AI.
— Launch and scale our hardware engineering function, managing the full lifecycle of digital & physical product development.
— Hire, structure, and manage a world-class team of engineers — from early hires to future leaders.
— Define and champion an engineering culture focused on ownership, velocity, and innovation.
— Partner closely with product, design, and business leaders to co-own the roadmap and translate vision into scalable architecture.
— Ensure strong technical governance and decision-making aligned with long-term business goals.
What we’re looking for:
— A hands-on engineer with a strong technical foundation (experience in Back-End is preferable) and a love for solving complex problems.
— A mature engineering leader with a proven track record in hiring, growing, and managing engineering teams.
— Deep understanding of team dynamics, org design, performance management, and career development in technical teams.
— A product-oriented mindset and a collaborative leadership style — you’re not just executing on specs, you’re helping shape them.
— Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, with a bias for action.
— English proficiency at B1+ level (we’re actively building a global team and hiring internationally).
Bonus points for:
— Experience in hardware startups: understanding the lifecycle of building and shipping physical products.
— Experience with AI / ML / data science systems — from prototypes to production (would be a plus)
— Previous experience in a high-growth product company or startup environment.
