What needs to be done?
Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire development cycle of our Web3 products from idea to mainnet release. You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain efficient workflows and ensure every deliverable meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: * manage the full development cycle of our Web3 products — from idea to release; * set tasks, run sprints, and coordinate the dev team (frontend, backend, blockchain); * implement and maintain efficient processes (SCRUM/Kanban), manage timelines and team capacity; * maintain clear documentation (Notion/Jira/GitHub); * communicate with stakeholders and founders, report progress and blockers; * prioritize features, test hypotheses, and support tokenomics (if relevant); * ensure quality across all stages: dev → QA → testnet → mainnet; * continuously improve internal workflows and team velocity.
Working tools? * confident user: Google Disk, Google Sheets, Zoom, Asana (or similar), Telegram, Slack; * a huge plus if you worked with: Notion, Zapier; * and everything else that will help you work more efficiently.
⚡️What We’re Looking For: * experience in Web3/crypto is essential; * experience as a Project Manager, from 2 years; * experience in managing a team of developers (in the web3 domain); * experience running marketing campaigns for product launches is a big plus; * english: B1+ spoken and written.
