Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of 10+ software engineers, including performance reviews, mentoring, and professional development * Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Designer, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features and games * Provide technical leadership: oversee system architecture and design, be part of code reviews * Define development plans and clearly communicate priorities and goals to the team * Ensure timely delivery of the roadmap through task planning, prioritization, and team coordination * Set up and maintain effective engineering workflows: CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and automated testing * Drive recruitment and help shape a strong, scalable engineering culture * Balance innovation with the stability and reliability of production systems.
Qualifications: Must-Have: * 3+ years of leadership experience, leading cross-functional teams in product-driven environment * 5+ years of total experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in either front-end (TypeScript/JavaScript, React or similar) or back-end (Java, Spring, Redis, Kafka) technologies * Solid understanding of real-time systems, including WebSocket, gRPC, and low-latency video streaming * Proven experience building complex UI/UX interfaces and interactive applications * Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID and software design principles * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines * English proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher (spoken and written). * Nice-to-Have: * Experience in the iGaming or Live Casino industry * Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) * Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (GLI, ISO, MGA, etc.).
