ABOUT YOU: * 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2B. * Understanding of key email marketing metrics (OR, CTR, Conversion Rates, and Engagement trends). * Experience working with Hubspot (Snov.io, Sales Navigator or Apollo will be a plus) * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization. * Understanding of mobile adaptation for responsive email design. * Experience creating automated email flows, multi-step drip sequences, and newsletters. * Deep understanding of corporate buyer personas, buying cycles, and decision-making processes. * English level — B2 or higher.
YOUR IMPACT: * Develop and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage cold leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. * Build and optimize conversion with segmented email drip sequences for inbound leads, demo follow-ups, trials, and client engagement post-sales strategies. * Own A/B testing and subject line optimization to maximize engagement and lead quality. * Monitor performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
WILL BE A PLUS: * Familiarity with B2B SaaS or wellness/health tech industry. * Experience working with localization or multi-language campaigns. * Background in working with LinkedIn lead gen campaigns or webinar/ event nurture flows.
