What makes this project exciting:
Our client enables insurers, brokers, and agents to cyberprofile and benchmark the cyber insurance risk of small to medium businesses worldwide and to estimate the financial impact of cyber on their business using our unique Cyber Profiling technology. Their solutions for informed cyber underwriting, aggregated risk management, and digital customer enablement are used by leading companies in the US and Europe.
What makes you a great fit:
* 5+ years of experience in technical project management within SaaS, cybersecurity, insurtech, or enterprise software environments
* Proven experience working directly with customers, including non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written), capable of representing the project in meetings and presentations
* Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
* Technical literacy — ability to understand APIs, data models, infrastructure, and security concepts
* Experience working in fast-paced, distributed, and international teams
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
* Experience in cyber insurance, risk modeling, or security SaaS
* Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion, or Monday.com
* PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications
Your day-to-day in this position:
* Lead the execution of internal and customer-facing projects, from requirements gathering through delivery
* Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, data science, and client success teams
* Define and maintain project timelines, scope, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation (timelines, specs, risk logs, etc.)
* Coordinate with customers to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment
* Track progress, manage risks, and provide weekly status reports to stakeholders
* Participate in customer meetings to represent the technical team and communicate effectively in fluent English
* Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable releases
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project delivery framework
