You’ll take ownership of key features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and reliability. You’ll be working on high-load, secure, enterprise-scale applications that directly impact patient safety and clinical workflows. ✅ Candidate Requirements: What You’ll Do * Design and build scalable, maintainable backend services in .NET * Take end-to-end ownership of development tasks, from estimation to production support * Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions * Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers * Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams * Proactively identify areas for codebase improvement and refactoring
