We’re looking for a skilled and proactive .NET developer to become a key part of our experienced backend team. You’ll design scalable systems, integrate machine learning features, work with IoT data, and influence architectural decisions across the platform.
Requirements: * 5+ years of professional experience in backend development * Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core * Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and production delivery * Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (App Service/AKS, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.) * Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORMs like Entity Framework Core * Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both tech and non-tech stakeholders * AI/ML experience * English — Upper-Intermediate (speaking and writing) and fluency Ukrainian.
Responsibilities: * Architect, build, and scale the core backend services that power our platform, using .NET 8 and Azure. Your focus will be on performance, security, and reliability. * Design and own the APIs that serve our frontend, mobile, and data teams, ensuring they are robust, well-documented, and easy to consume. * Develop and maintain the data ingestion pipeline from IoT devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), tackling challenges of real-time processing and data integrity. * Collaborate on integrating AI/ML models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to build intelligent features. * Drive technical decisions and mentor other engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. * Own the deployment and operation of your services in our Azure Kubernetes (AKS) environment, embracing a “you build it, you run it” mindset.
