Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist with experience launching and optimizing ad campaigns in B2B and/or B2C segments. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital tools, can effectively manage advertising budgets, and is driven by achieving measurable KPIs. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and launch advertising campaigns to attract B2B and B2C clients across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, teaser networks, and others; * Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI; * Analyze performance across channels and prepare regular reports; * Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create targeted, high-converting creatives; * Manage ad budgets and ensure cost control; * Run A/B tests and analyze performance data to improve campaign efficiency continuously.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in performance marketing; * Experience in the gambling industry is a plus; * Solid knowledge of tools and techniques for optimizing ad campaigns; * English level B1—B2 or higher; * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from performance tools.
