As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring project tasks are aligned, tracked, and delivered smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager, Tech Innovation Lead, and cross-functional team (AI engineers, Python developers, UI/UX designers) on internal tools (LLM-based AI solutions, Odoo modules) and external client projects. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on technical understanding, and a passion for working in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements: * 1+ year of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role in tech. * Technical background (education or hands-on experience in IT). * Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus). * Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written). * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. * Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and summarize findings effectively.
Responsibilities: * Conduct focused research and comparative analysis to help define project context, validate requirements, and align with client and industry expectations. * Assist in project estimation by helping define scope, resources, and timelines together with technical and business teams. * Support the planning, execution, and reporting of software development initiatives. * Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines are met across both internal and external projects. * Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, tech leads, and team members. * Collect and analyze project performance metrics to improve workflows, identify risks or bottlenecks, and support issue resolution. * Maintain and update project documentation, and assist in task organization and prioritization. * Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth project onboarding, proper client expectation alignment, and timely delivery.
