We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to lead SEO and ASO strategy for fintech products across global markets. You’ll own everything from technical audits, Core Web Vitals, AI-powered content & clustering, to ASO optimization for App Store & Google Play.

Main Responsibilities: * Developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy for websites in the financial services (Payday Loans) niche across multiple geographies. * ASO (App Store Optimization): Optimizing names, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and metadata for App Store and Google Play. * Implementing AI SEO: Utilizing artificial intelligence for content generation and optimization, auto-clustering, monitoring, and increasing visibility in Search Generative Experience (SGE), AI Answers, Gemini, Bing AI, and others. * Full website SEO optimization: Technical audits, Core Web Vitals implementation, fixing indexing errors, content duplication issues, and structure optimization. * Creating and setting technical specifications (TS) for copywriters, developers, and designers (structure, content, SEO-UI/UX). * A/B testing of content, headlines, and metadata for web pages and mobile applications. * Working with the semantic core: In-depth clustering, prioritization, and continuous expansion of the structure for relevant queries. * Developing and controlling link-building strategy: Outreach, crowd marketing, purchasing evergreen links, and controlling donor quality. * Continuous market analysis: Monitoring changes in search algorithms and competitor behavior. * Reporting: Generating reports (GA4, GSC, AppTweak, Ahrefs, internal BI systems) for SEO and ASO.
Professional Qualifications: * 3+ years of SEO experience (mandatory in high-competition niches: finance, microcredits, gaming, betting). * Practical experience in ASO promotion of mobile applications (App Store, Google Play), with proven growth case studies. * Deep understanding of international SEO (EU, MENA, LATAM, Asia). * Proficiency with tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, AppFollow, Looker Studio, Notion. * Experience in creating technical SEO specifications for developers, copywriters, and designers. * Skills in HTML/CSS, experience with CMS (WordPress, custom systems), and a basic understanding of JavaScript. * Experience implementing AI SEO: SurferSEO, NeuronWriter, GPT, custom Python scripts — a plus. * Ability to manage contractors and freelancers, and build a system for results control. * English proficiency at B1 or higher, knowledge of Spanish or Romanian — a plus.
