We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players. FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.
As a Senior PHP Developer, you’ll write clean, maintainable, and high-performance PHP code. You’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features.
Responsibilities: * Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules. * Solve complex performance issues and architectural challenges. * Actively participate in quality assurance activities, including design and code reviews, unit testing, defect fixing, and operational readiness. * Have experience in software development using common agile methodologies, such as TDD and Scrum. * Be familiar with source control (Git), bug tracking systems (JIRA), build and dependency management tools (Composer), continuous integration (GitLab), and packaging and deployment tools (Docker).
Requirements: * 6+ years of experience developing production-grade applications using PHP and PostgreSQL. * Strong knowledge of PHP, including modern frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel, and MVC architecture. * Skilled in writing clean, well-designed, object-oriented, testable, and reusable PHP code. * Excellent understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including architecture, management, and optimization. * Experience designing scalable applications and database structures with a strong grasp of performance and architectural principles. * Integration of multiple data sources and databases into unified systems. * Proficient in building and integrating RESTful web services (JSON, XML, SOAP, REST). * Confident in project estimation, planning, and autonomous end-to-end delivery. * Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with developers and project managers to solve technical challenges. * Active contributor to improving development tools, workflows, and team processes.
