For this project, we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team. PROJECT OVERVIEW We’re forming a new Operations Rapid Response Team, focused on quickly solving urgent bugs and workflow issues identified by our Operations department. These are high-impact but narrowly scoped issues that fall outside our larger ongoing development programs.
This is a full-stack role with a strong focus on backend work and service integration. You’ll be working in a modern cloud-based environment, primarily using Node.js, AWS managed services, and AppSmith (a rapid application development tool) to deliver fast and reliable fixes. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Designing and delivering quick, scalable solutions to operational issues; * Maintaining and enhancing existing Node.js services; * Integrating and orchestrating AWS managed services such as Lambda, SQS, and SNS; * Building and extending internal dashboards using AppSmith with React; * Collaborating closely with operations and engineering teams to clarify needs and rapidly implement solutions; * Testing, debugging, and deploying lightweight features and improvements; * Working independently on a fast-moving backlog of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS * 4+ years of professional development experience; * Strong backend skills with Node.js and serverless AWS services; * Experience integrating third-party services and building APIs; * Solid understanding of message-based architecture (e.g., queues, pub/sub); * Familiarity with AppSmith or other low-code tools (or willingness to learn quickly); * Working knowledge of React and modern front-end development; * Comfortable working independently and handling rapid changes in task priorities; * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written); * Team-oriented with a practical and solution-driven mindset.
