Requirements * At least 1+ year of experience in data analytics. * Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with database management systems. * Experience in BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. * Critical thinking, curiosity, and a fast-learning mindset. * Ability to quickly grasp business processes and convert business needs into analytical tasks.
Nice to Have * Background in marketing or media. * Experience working with mobile apps and understanding app-specific metrics. * Experience with Git and DBT. * Intermediate knowledge of Python.
What You Will Be Doing * Work as part of a collaborative marketing analytics team, supporting the Senior Analyst in ongoing projects and day-to-day operations. * Participate in structured training and mentoring to gain a deeper understanding of marketing analytics processes, with a clear path to growing into a Middle Data Analyst role. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to streamline processes and improve analytical workflows. * Maintain and ensure the quality of analytical reports and dashboards. * Develop and automate data marts: gather, clean, and structure data for analysis. * Conduct in-depth analytical research to enhance marketing performance. * Provide technical support for marketing operations: configure tracking tools (e.g., Adjust, Google Analytics, GTM), implement attribution models, and support other data-related setups.
